A camera obscura is a simple optical device that consists of a darkened room or box with a small hole or lens on one side. When light passes through the hole, an inverted image of the outside scene is projected onto the opposite wall or surface. This phenomenon is based on the principles of light and optics, specifically how light rays travel in straight lines and can create an image when focused onto a surface. Camera obscuras have been used for centuries as a way to study and understand the behavior of light. **

The image becomes more blurred the larger the hole of the camera obscura is because a larger hole allows more light to enter the camera obscura, resulting in a wider range of light rays hitting the projection surface. This causes the image to become less focused and more diffused, leading to a blurred appearance. In contrast, a smaller hole allows only a narrow range of light rays to enter, resulting in a sharper and more focused image. **
